android - Extract phone's exact location using GPS and change device settings according to it -


im creating app that'll use gps determine user's exact location. user can manually add locations when he/she on location (something add here),and user can add many entries want. when user goes of predefined locations,app should automatically detect location , execute task user asked (in here,something put phone silent/vibrate or normal mode). how can that? please help.
