google cloud messaging - How to send notification message from my android app based on some condition -


i working on android app, while user registration stores registration id(gcm id) in database. having gcm id, sender id, api key. how can send notification message particular device passing gcm id ?

pls guide me link. dont know php. guide me through java code.
